Affiliate disclosure
The short version: some links on this site are, or will become, affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission. It costs you nothing extra.
How we make money
The Longevity Log is funded by affiliate commissions. When a product link is an affiliate link and you make a qualifying purchase through it, the retailer or brand pays us a commission. The price you pay is the same.
Affiliate links are marked affiliate next to the link. On routine pages, this disclosure appears above the first product link.
Programs we are part of
We are not yet enrolled in any affiliate program, so no link on this site currently earns a commission. We plan to apply to programs including Amazon Associates. Once we are enrolled, this page will list each program, and for Amazon it will say: “As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.”
What commissions never change
- What we report. A routine log records what a person has publicly said, with sources. We don’t add, drop or reword items based on whether a product earns us money.
- Which product we link. A link marked exact goes to the product the person named. If we link an alternative, it is marked similar. We never suggest the person uses a product they haven’t named.
- Brands without programs. Some products the people we profile use have no affiliate program. We link those too, without a commission, when it helps readers.
No endorsements
The people we profile have not reviewed or endorsed this site, its links or any product we link to, and we have no relationship with them. Brands do not pay for placement, and we accept no free products in exchange for coverage.
Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice or a recommendation to buy or take anything. Talk to a qualified clinician before changing your diet, supplements, sleep or exercise.
