How to submit a correction

Tell us:

1. the page address,
2. which item is wrong or out of date, and
3. a link to a primary source showing the correct or newer information (for example, a more recent episode with a timestamp), if you have one.

If you are someone we profile (or represent them), we will prioritise your request, and you can ask us to remove an item you consider inaccurate.
